invest in the Philippines
After living in the Philippines for 20 years (and doing bussiness as well-) I wrote a book for those who are planning to do the same.
It is a book with general information; if you have specific questions you can always E-mail me (I will answer on a first come - first serve basis).
Together with a few other expats I am involved in a 162 hectare agricultural farm and a Retirement Community for expats. (Join Us!)

Invest in The Philippines?  Extra Pension?

How about investing $12,000 to have $500 income per month or $24,000 to have $1,000 per month?

OFW's who are returning home plus non-Filipinos ('foreigners') who want to live in the Philippines are looking for an investment opportunity; we formed a small group of 'foreigners' of different nationalities plus OFW's who joined in the quest to find 'the best way for investing money in the Philippines'; to have a residual income every month for many years to come.

After a year of thorough research we came to the conclusion that the best investment opportunities come together on the island of Tablas (Romblon). Nearby Boracay was once in the same position; beautiful beach for sale at very low prices and now you pay 100X that amount. Boracay was once empty; now every year one Million people visit... You do not have to be a rocket-scientist to understand that Tablas will follow the same road... Plans for some unique resorts, retirement villages and other developments are being worked out by us as we speak. It's a matter of 'getting in on the ground floor of development activity' on Tablas Island which is very soon to boom.
(Just contact us if you want to join).

One of our projects, different from the real estate projects, is in full swing already; growing Organic Agricultural Products on a large scale. ROI is much higher than any other Philippine investment; between 33% and 50%

First we invested our own money to buy 40 hectare agricultural land on Tablas and 'Tablas Highlands Organic Farm' (PhilAgriVest, Inc.) became fact.

Along the way others were - and still are - joining our group to invest money and/or offer their expertise; we bought another 26 hectare... and more... we now have 130 hectare; that's what I mean when I say that "Tablas is the next Boracay"... it is happening as we speak, faster than we ever thought.

Soon we will have a video presentation; just E-mail us

Why The Philippines?

One of the reasons we see more and more 'foreigners' conclude that living and retiring in The Philippines is great, is the fact that the future for elderly in The USA and Europe looks bleak.

The 'secret' lies in the fact that The Philippines is not only a great place to retire; there's also money to be made. It is possible to retire- AND simultaneously supplement your pension. Our project 'Philagrivest' is just one example.

The Philippines is a literate English speaking country – not Spanish, not Thai, not Chinese, but English speaking.

Tablas is one of the best places for retirement overseas because most beaches are comparable with Boracay (a popular tourist destination in The Philippines); the big difference is found in the cost.

At Tablas you can still secure a fantastic, pristine, clean and private beach fronting land for only 3% of what you have to pay at Boracay.

The Philippines' Real Estate Boom

While the USA and Europe are in for some nasty weather, The Philippines stays out of the storm.

Cash has always been King here so we never developed a 'bubble waiting to burst'.
Our economy is booming; tourism is increasing, OFWs (Overseas Foreign Workers) are ready to retire and invest here, the Philippine medical industry can now compete with any other country.

Why wait until the 'Big Developers' build expensive retirement villages?
We - the retirees - can do that much cheaper ourselves, and make it exactly as we prefer.
Why wait until the 'Big Developers' occupy the best beach lots? We have seen this in Boracay where the price of some beach lots have increased a hundredfold.
THAT'S where money can be made by expats like us.

Retire with Dignity

While in other countries one can get a notion of "Dispose of those old people", over here in the Philippines you still find respect and one can live like Kings and Queens on a pension which would be insufficient abroad.
Our planned retirement communities are focused on tranquility while simultaneously offering many activities and adventure.

Numerous retirement villas are in the planning stage, designed for expats like us, including a medical clinic, recreation, fitness centers, maids, drivers, community centers, security, and all for 10% to 20% of what such villas would cost in the USA.

Imagine all the above, in an environment like paradise; beach- or mountain view, fresh air, spacious...
One can always go to Boracay (30 minutes by speed boat) for 24/7 party and nightlife.

Foreign retirees in the Philippines are not necessarily 'old people'; there are a lot who 'retire young' to escape the rat-race and the cold winters.

Philippines Visa

- You might qualify for a 'permanent residency visa' in The Philippines.
- If you like to have much more benefits and you have a pension of more than $800 per month you might qualify for a 'Special Resident Retiree Visa'. You need to deposit $10,000 in a Philippine bank or invest that amount here.
If you do not have a pension you can still qualify; you need to deposit $20,000 in a Philippine bank or invest that amount here.

A deposit in the bank will yield only a little interest; it is better to invest this money in 'Philagrivest' or any of our other projects.

How about investing $12,000 to have $500 income per month or $24,000 to have $1,000 per month?

(Note that we ALWAYS offer FREE assistance to obtain a 'Special Resident Retiree Visa' even if you do not join our group.)

Boracay? Or Tablas?

About 1 Million tourist visit Boracay every year; 'sun, sand and party' 24/7.
But where do you go to escape the 'karaoke terror'?
How about Tablas Island? It's only 30 minutes by speedboat. Or take an airplain.
There you will find this:

Philippine retirement visa

About one million tourists per year are visiting Boracay but there is no room for expansion anymore so investors are now looking at Tablas Island to develop a golfcourse, a horse stable, an aqua sports facility, beach resorts and other world-class developments where tourists can escape the 'Sun, Sand and Party' of Boracay and enjoy the quietness of nature as it should be...

Yes, Boracay is an exciting, 24-hour karaoke, bar and restaurant “cool” place to be and to be seen (especially by the young). However, for a quiet, idyllic retirement spot within your retirement budget? Absolutely not!

The island of Tablas (30 minutes by speed-boat, North-East of Boracay) has an airport, the same beaches as Boracay, lots are cheap, and most important; it's quiet. Far from the “karaoke terror”. Fresh air. Some locations adopt the 'zero waste and zero pollution policy'. Koreans built new roads around the island.

Sunset Beach Villas on Tablas
For foreigners, Developed by Foreigners

This is our latest project; a high quality, meticulously built to international standards, retirement village ocean front community.

A 42 lot beach front retirement community for foreigners developed by foreigners, located on the best beach on Tablas Island, Romblon province, Philippines. Just 30 minutes by speedboat from world famous Boarcay, but priced at 5% of the price of beachfront property on Boracay, with Villas which would cost you $1,000,000 or more in Fiji or Hawaii.

Sunset Beach Villas on Tablas is developed BY foreigners FOR foreigners.

We do not use hollow blocks but advanced American- and Philippine construction technologies or (if you prefer-) steel frame, ICF or other.

Available lots in different sizes, some near the beach, some (cheaper-) a little further.
House and lot package ranging from $80,000 on the low end to $230,000 (with bigger lot and with luxurious finishings) on the high end - definitely a price point for every budget.

FOR INVESTORS:
We have designed an investment vehicle to provide a high ROI (return on investment) for a short 2 year development period – with the added option for the investor to convert his investment into a down payment on one of the Villa lots at a discounted price below the listed lot selling price to the public.
